Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Director to oversee the delivery of services and technology to clients through effective project management and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and client needs
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments and serve as the primary contact throughout the implementation process
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance and service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in program and complex project management, particularly in health plan systems delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and functional SQL experience
  • Health Claims system knowledge on platforms such as Facets or Amisys is preferred
