Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Director to oversee the delivery of services and technology for clients through effective project management and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring execution against the project plan
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments and serve as the primary contact
• Identify and implement process improvements and complete assigned special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification preferred
• 6+ years of experience in program and complex project management
• Health Claims system knowledge (e.g., Facets, Paradigm/Diamond)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and functional SQL experience
