Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring execution against the defined workplan
• Establish and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
• Oversee the transition to Client Services and Network Operations for ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program and complex project management
• Health Claims system knowledge (e.g., Facets, Amisys)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
