Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the implementation strategy, ensuring a scalable onboarding framework
• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Implementation Engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence
• Engage with executives and cross-functional teams to drive successful customer implementations and long-term growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 3+ years in leadership positions
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment at a director level
• Deep understanding of web technologies and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building KPIs and operational dashboards
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with VP and C-level executives
