Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director-Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead high-performing teams for end-to-end Payment Integrity program implementations
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, including access management and resource tracking
• Prepare executive status reports and manage project communications while ensuring quality assurance activities are adhered to

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity
• 10+ years of experience in client implementations related to data mining and clinical coding programs
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with budget, forecast, and resource management
