Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Director to manage the delivery of services and technology to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments and serve as the primary contact
  • Oversee process improvement initiatives and lead a team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management, particularly in health plan systems delivery
  • Knowledge of health claims systems such as Facets or Amisys
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
