Job Summary
Guiding the delivery of services and technology, the full-time remote Implementation Director will manage implementation activities from pre-sales support through production verification, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments, serving as the primary point of contact
- Oversee the transition to Client Services and Network Operations, ensuring seamless support for ongoing business operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification preferred
- Health Claims system knowledge (e.g., Facets, Paradigm/Diamond, Amisys)
- 5+ years of experience in program and complex project management, particularly in health plan systems delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
