Job Summary

Guiding the delivery of services and technology, the full-time remote Implementation Director will manage implementation activities from pre-sales support through production verification, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee the transition to Client Services and Network Operations, ensuring seamless support for ongoing business operations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Health Claims system knowledge (e.g., Facets, Paradigm/Diamond, Amisys)
  • 5+ years of experience in program and complex project management, particularly in health plan systems delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
