Implementation Director

Job Summary

Leading the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients, the full-time remote Director of Implementation will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, oversee the implementation team, and ensure seamless transitions for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization
• Oversee implementation team activities, including kickoff meetings and ongoing client communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective transition and operational readiness for go-live

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience leading an implementation team with at least 3 direct reports, preferably in a PBM environment
• 7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, benefits implementation, client onboarding, or operations leadership preferred
• Certified Business Analyst or PMP certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of implementation workflows, including plan setup and data integration
