Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to join their Implementation Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects as the main technical point of contact with clients
- Analyze customer datasets using Python to train, optimize, and deploy AI models
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs to engineering and trends to product teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role
- 2+ years of experience scripting and/or coding in Python
- Experience with API's and database querying using SQL or MongoDB
- Customer experience oriented mindset
- Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals
