Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to facilitate the integration and deployment of their platform for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers, ensuring accurate implementation and configuration of the platform
- Integrate the platform with existing systems and ensure data syncing and compatibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and track project progress while maintaining detailed documentation
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
- 2-5+ years of experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- 2-5+ years of programming experience with Ruby on Rails and database query languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a technical implementation or onboarding role in a SaaS environment
