Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct smooth transitions from pre- to post-sale phases in collaboration with the sales team
• Plan and coordinate onboarding projects to meet customer business requirements and drive user adoption
• Develop and maintain scripts/tools to resolve unique customer challenges and manage short-term engagements

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (attack vectors, kill chain)
• Knowledge of compliance standards (NIST, ISO, custom policies)
• Experience in customer/stakeholder engagement and technical project management
• Proficiency in programming, preferably in Python or any object-oriented language
• Experience in configuring and deploying software integrations
