Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer, Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers
• Establish and continuously improve the payer implementation playbook
• Create and maintain organized documentation of new payer integrations and track implementation progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations to backend systems
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in technical support or solutions engineering
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Resourceful and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders
