Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to oversee the deployment and integration of software solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of products for new and existing clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience (2+ years) in an implementation or technical support role in a software-related field
• Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Experience utilizing Salesforce for project tracking and issue resolution
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
