Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to drive execution of service requests and project engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and execute service requests, project engagements, and daily operations within the Professional Services organization
• Scope, execute, and manage software/service implementations and projects in partnership with senior team members
• Develop and implement solutions that align with customer business needs while identifying potential service opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in software implementation or a similar role
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, React, Typescript, Node, Next.js, or Go
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally with Sales and Customer Experience organizations
