Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to support customer onboarding and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring business requirements are met and driving user adoption
• Manage short-term engagements to develop integrations and tools that address unique customer challenges
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement to enhance post-sales efficiency and team performance

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (attack vectors, kill chain)
• Knowledge of compliance standards (NIST, ISO, custom policies)
• Experience in customer/stakeholder engagement and technical project management
• Proficiency in programming (Python or any object-oriented programming language)
• Experience in configuring and deploying software integrations
