Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of customer success efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical setup and integration process for new customers
• Configure data pipelines, write SQL queries, and leverage Python scripts for automation and transformation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with product/engineering to resolve them

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, transformations)
• Working knowledge of Python, especially for scripting and data processing
• Experience with APIs, ETL tools, or data integration platforms
• Comfort working directly with customers in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in EdTech or SaaS analytics is a bonus
