Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting discovery calls and onboarding
Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and manage customer requests and integrations
Participate in team syncs and planning sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software implementation support
Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
Familiarity with healthcare-related terms is a plus
