Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation process from start to finish, guiding clients through each stage
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and track project progress
• Lead onboarding sessions and workshops to empower users and ensure long-term satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or project management, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Solid background in Linux and Windows system administration, IP networking, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS experience is a bonus)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• A customer-first mindset with a collaborative spirit
