Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to provide technical guidance for deploying production agents and configuring environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation engagements from requirements gathering to deployment and outcome review
• Architect agent workflows and design agent architectures with customers for specific use cases
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot agent failures and integration problems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to write production-quality code
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and developer tools
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively
