Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer responsible for ensuring new customers achieve their value moment during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure adherence to timelines
• Diligently document customer statuses and drive technical onboarding
• Identify risk areas post-deployment and partner with the CSM team for smooth transitions

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions or IT/Security Services in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of related professional experience
• Knowledge of information security challenges in specific industry verticals
• Familiarity with detection and response tools (e.g., EDR, NDR, SIEMs, CASB)
• Exceptionally organized to manage multiple simultaneous onboardings
