Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to perform technical implementation activities following a customer sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client's core service requirements on assigned implementation projects
• Manage and perform high-quality core service builds and scripting to meet project deadlines and client requirements
• Provide technical input and recommendations to achieve desired client outcomes and coordinate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2+ years of experience in an implementation engineering role
• Advanced understanding of Python and SQL programming
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle) and Cloud Platform Services (MSFT Azure or Amazon AWS)
• Familiarity with project management systems such as Atlassian Product Suite, Confluence, and Salesforce
