Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer (S/4HANA) to support client technical operations and system transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration and support clients during billing system transitions
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot data flow issues, and manage alerts across client environments
• Serve as Level 2 technical escalation, collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and integration platforms like Boomi
• Familiarity with system monitoring and alerting systems
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in high-pressure environments, particularly related to billing operations
