Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to ensure proper integration of its products on partner merchants' e-commerce stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement products and features on merchant e-commerce sites for seamless integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the merchant implementation lifecycle
• Monitor product behavior and troubleshoot technical issues to drive optimal implementation outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or equivalent experience
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments managing multiple stakeholder needs
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) preferred
• BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance problem-solving and documentation
