Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing platform, the remote Implementation Engineer will manage technical integrations between fundraising CRMs and SaaS platforms, build and debug ETL workflows, and collaborate with customer-facing teams to address technical inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and map solutions to EverTrue capabilities
• Build, automate, and monitor ETL workflows between various third-party systems and customer CRMs
• Provide guidance to improve implementation processes and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on enhancements

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with technical integrations and data modeling
• Strong Python development skills and experience with data processing libraries
• Proficiency in MySQL and SQL, including writing complex queries
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Docker for cloud deployments
• Familiarity with REST API integration patterns and security protocols like SSO
