Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure clients have a seamless onboarding experience, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will guide them through the implementation process, translating technical needs into actionable steps while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation process from start to finish, providing clarity and confidence to clients
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and clients to understand their goals and technical requirements
• Lead onboarding sessions and workshops, ensuring users feel confident and supported throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or project management, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration, IP networking, and familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS experience is a bonus)
• Experience with Elastic and Ansible is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• A customer-first mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
