Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Implementation Engineer, this full-time position based in San Francisco will manage customer relationships, lead implementation performance against KPIs, and provide technical expertise while ensuring successful integration of the product into client workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team performance against KPIs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases and technical requirements during onboarding
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular check-ins and provide continuous support and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation or project execution, with 2+ years of people management experience
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
• Familiarity with healthcare terms such as HIPAA, FHIR, and EHR/EMR is a plus
