Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the successful deployment of innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the implementation process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the post-sales process for newly acquired clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
• Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
