Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging customers in a consultative capacity, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will provide specialized expertise in NICE products and manage both technical and business tasks, including customer satisfaction and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration, programming, and architecture leadership for NICE products
• Manage end-to-end system life cycle development for small to large-scale projects, including risk analysis and business systems design
• Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project life cycles to ensure successful engagement

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
• 4+ years of professional experience in relevant roles
• Experience in both technology and business analysis, particularly in contact center operations
• Strong public speaking and training skills, with a confident presence
