Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical onboarding of new clients, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, integrating client systems with Lahzo's platform and configuring AI agents to optimize their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding from contract signing to live AI agent deployment, ensuring clear timelines and accountability
• Integrate various client systems, including CRMs and third-party platforms, into Lahzo's infrastructure
• Configure and tune AI agents by setting up business context, communication styles, and behavioral parameters to enhance performance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity, especially with legacy data sources
• Solid foundation in TypeScript, Python, or equivalent backend languages for building and debugging integrations
• Familiarity with AI systems and LLM behavior, understanding how context and prompts influence agent output
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and align stakeholders
• Experience with databases such as SQL on BigQuery, MongoDB, or Redis
