Job Summary
Joining the Customer Experience team, the full-time Implementation Engineer I will manage multiple customer onboardings, provide technical support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of the ActiveProspect platform.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple customer onboardings and ensure timely turnaround
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to establish and achieve success metrics
- Oversee all phases of the onboarding cycle and provide technical support to clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS and Sales Engineering or Implementation Management
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and common web protocols (HTTP, FTP)
- Proven ability to conduct training on software products
- Highly organized with excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday, and Google Workspace is a plus
