Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Engineer will manage customer onboarding and implementation projects, deploy vulnerability management solutions, and improve post-sales processes while engaging with stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user adoption
• Manage short-term engagements to develop integrations and tools that address unique customer challenges
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement to enhance team performance and implementation efficiency

Required qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including attack vectors and compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO
• Experience in customer engagement and technical project management
• Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python or other object-oriented languages
• Experience in configuring and deploying software integrations
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
