Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging customers in a consultative capacity, the remote Implementation Engineer will provide specialized expertise around contact center solutions, manage customer expectations, configure products, and mentor junior staff while overseeing project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration, programming, and database design for NiCE products
• Manage end-to-end system lifecycle development for small to large-scale projects
• Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project execution

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant roles
• Experience in technology and business analysis, particularly in contact center operations
• Strong public speaking skills for training and presentations
