Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging customers in a consultative capacity, the remote Implementation Engineer will manage technical configurations, oversee project lifecycles, and provide specialized expertise in NiCE products and contact center solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration, programming, and database design for NiCE products
• Manage end-to-end system lifecycle development for small to large-scale projects
• Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project execution

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience required
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Experience in both technology and business analysis, particularly in call center operations
• Strong public speaking and training skills for client education
