Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Customer Success organization, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers onto the TPRM platform, including requirements discovery, configuration, custom integrations, and go-live.

Key responsibilities:

• Scope and document implementation requirements and manage relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customers' vendor risk management processes and design tailored solutions
• Configure the TPRM platform and build API integrations to align with customer workflows and requirements

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST API integrations
• Proficiency in a scripting or backend language such as Python or Node.js
• Experience with authentication patterns used in enterprise SaaS integrations
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
