Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Implementation Engineer will deploy security products, configure EDR agents, and integrate Microsoft 365 services while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective onboarding for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate EDR agents across multiple operating systems to ensure coverage and reporting
• Deploy SIEM ingestion and onboard log sources, confirming data flow into detection systems
• Run onboarding sessions and serve as a technical point of contact during the go-live process

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in security engineering, IT/systems administration, or a related technical role
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration and IP networking
• Exposure to security tools such as XDR, SIEM, or vulnerability scanning
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration and security configuration
• Experience with automation tools like Elastic, Ansible, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
