Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Implementation Engineer will manage technical execution for customer implementations, ensuring accurate data mapping and environment configuration while engaging with law firm IT teams in a hybrid or fully remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provision customer instances, configure networking connections, and establish data connections between Entegrata's platform and customer source systems
• Translate law firm data structures into Entegrata's data model and resolve data mapping issues during the implementation cycle
• Participate in technical working sessions with customers, explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or a data delivery role
• Experience with legal or professional services financial systems such as Aderant or Elite 3E
• Solid SQL skills, with the ability to write queries and investigate data issues
• Experience in data mapping or system integration, understanding data movement from source to destination
• Comfortable in customer-facing settings, capable of leading technical discussions and managing expectations
