Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Implementation Engineer will deploy and support healthcare IT products, ensuring outstanding customer service and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and support products effectively within the Technical Support Services team
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service using Healthcare IT expertise
• Conduct technology and architecture assessments in collaboration with Solution Architects and Product Management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer support with knowledge of Healthcare Integration (HL7, DICOM, IHE)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, or Perl, and familiarity with HTML, XML, PHP, and SQL
• Experience with network administration and standard services like IIS and Active Directory
• Practical knowledge of VMWare products and disaster recovery setup
