Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming raw utility and geospatial data into high-accuracy digital twin models, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will contribute to the deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers worldwide, ensuring engineering-grade accuracy and providing actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers
• Ingest and manipulate large datasets using Neara's schema language and configuration framework
• Perform rigorous QA/QC to ensure digital twins accurately reflect real-world physics and customer specifications

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., SQL, Python) and ability to learn new languages
• Excellent written communication skills with experience in contributing to knowledge bases and user manuals
• A background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to systematically reconfigure models to ensure 100% accuracy in data discrepancies
