Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting end users during implementation and troubleshooting, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the deployment of software solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective information security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for application and system-related concerns from clients and employees
• Lead the testing and evaluation of new features to ensure they meet rigorous standards before deployment
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues while managing escalations as needed

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused technical position
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Ability to learn complex software and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk or Atlassian service desk is a plus
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills for effective client interaction
