Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting engineering teams during trials and ongoing use, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, helping them integrate and optimize their build workflows while troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers, offering guidance as they adopt and scale the platform
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments
- Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow's products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems, with experience in Bazel or Buck/Buck2 being a plus
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in tools like Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift
