Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure client satisfaction through the successful installation of Intapp solutions, the remote Implementation Engineer will manage complex projects, lead team members, and provide expert deployment methodologies while working from anywhere in the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and implement industry-standard legal/accounting systems and integrations
- Own the end-to-end implementation of software products, including project scoping, planning, and deployment
- Act as the escalation point for complex situations and deliver technical solutions to non-technical clients
Required qualifications:
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5+ years in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL scripting and experience writing SQL Server queries
- Advanced knowledge of integration technologies, including REST APIs and XML
- Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing integrations
