Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Transforming raw utility and geospatial data into high-accuracy digital twin models, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will contribute to the deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers worldwide while ensuring engineering-grade accuracy through data manipulation and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the Neara platform for utility customers
- Ingest and manipulate large datasets using Neara's schema language and configuration framework
- Perform QA/QC to ensure digital twins accurately reflect real-world physics and customer specifications
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., SQL, Python) and ability to learn new languages
- Background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data is beneficial
- Ability to systematically reconfigure models to ensure 100% accuracy in data discrepancies
