Job Summary
Becoming a product expert, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead integrations of Bitwarden's containerized services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden's product portfolio
- Leading proof-of-concept trials and advising customers on industry best practices
- Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to provide guidance and support for customer implementations
Required qualifications
- Experience in a technical position such as Systems Engineer or Implementation Engineer
- Strong project planning and time management skills
- Excellent English and grammar proficiency
- Ability and desire to work remotely
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and security best practices
