Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Implementation - Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team performance against KPIs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases and technical requirements
• Maintain customer relationships post-onboarding through regular check-ins and support

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in software implementation/project execution; 2+ years managing people
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
• Familiarity with healthcare terms is a plus but not required
