Implementation Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Experience Specialist who will drive the successful implementation and usage of AI technologies within the field support organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess business processes to identify AI use cases and adoption opportunities
• Create business cases and translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value
• Develop and maintain use-case playbooks and track adoption metrics for AI-enabled processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the business or healthcare industry
• 3+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation, or program management
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of AI tools and experience with project and change management tools
• Proven success in managing multiple projects and change management
