Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert of the product to help customers optimize their configuration
Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle from implementation to ongoing success
Lead onboarding calls and provide customer support and training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in business-to-business software or digital healthcare
Experience in an early-stage startup or organization using SCRUM or Agile
Knowledge of EHRs, CRM, or other digital health infrastructure tools
Experience complying with HIPAA requirements
