Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Directing end-to-end project lifecycle execution, the full-time Implementation Lead will manage a team of engineers and project managers to ensure program delivery aligns with client-approved direction, while continuously monitoring for risks and providing strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full program implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards
• Continuously monitor program status and proactively identify emerging issues and decision points
• Develop structured options and recommendations for client review, translating decisions into actionable guidance for the program team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a federal aviation or government program environment
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of engineers and project managers
• Strong financial acumen for budget analysis and forecasting
• Experience designing and implementing program processes and performance reporting frameworks
