Job Summary
Overseeing project planning and execution, the full-time remote Associate Implementation Lead will manage expanded projects across various client types, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards while providing guidance to a small team of project analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Own all assigned expanded projects, ensuring they meet company standards, client needs, and agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead project kickoff meetings, set daily priorities, and manage tasks for team members and offshore system integrators
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, status meetings, and technical discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or technical field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, professional services environment, preferably in insurance or risk management
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and deliver high-quality results
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills
- Experience in insurance, risk management, EH&S, healthcare, or related domains is a plus
