Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing project planning and execution, the full-time Implementation Lead for Expanded Projects will manage client interactions, coordinate workloads, and ensure project quality and timelines are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns all assigned expanded projects, ensuring they meet company standards, client needs, and agreed scope, timeline, and budget
• Leads project kickoff meetings, sets daily priorities for team members, and manages tasks for offshore system integrators
• Tracks project progress, identifies risks, and escalates concerns to stakeholders to maintain project quality and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, professional services environment, preferably in Enterprise or Portfolio domains
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and deliver high-quality results
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Experience in insurance, risk management, EH&S, healthcare, or related domains is a plus
