Implementation Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead / Human Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, onboarding, and readiness for pilot counties and Tribal Nation partners
• Build relationships with agency leadership and frontline workers to enhance engagement
• Serve as the primary field implementation lead during design, build, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of experience in human services or implementation leadership
• Strong understanding of county and Tribal Nation operations
• Experience leading large-scale pilots or technology rollouts
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (Agile, PMP, PROSCI) are a plus, but not required
